My family and I faced several issues . The pool had been broken for a long time, and we specifically booked this hotel to swim, very disappointing. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they ignored my concerns and said it wasn't their problem. The overall experience was not what we expected, and the lack of accountability from the staff made matters worse.

Cleanliness could improve dramatically. The room phone and clock didn't function!!! The toilet clogged constantly, and the bathtub drainage was horrendous!!! Consider adding more accessible outlets and ensuring room maintenance is a priority!!!

Units in good condition.

The friendly staff provided really good service, including complimentary shampoo. The clean and comfortable room made for a pleasant stay, despite minor inconveniences with the door keys.

The breakfast as alright

The front desk representative was very rude and refused to let me check in early. I arrived around 2p and she said if I came back by 10 minutes to 3p she would check me in. She acted as she had a problem with people of color.

The location was convenient with easy access to restaurants and shops. The staff promptly addressed my repair concerns . I appreciated the Dove soap since I have sensitive skin. The management was accommodating, allowing me to leave my car on the hotel after checkout.

The room lacked some modern updates that could enhance the experience.

The service was friendly and the rooms were impeccably clean with a good bed, a recliner and fridge. The hotel's position was particularly good and unbeatable, right by shopping centers, and Lufkin, Texas. Furthermore, to a Mexican restaurant that does n't open until lunch.

I appreciated the comfortable beds and clean room during my stay. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast options were decent. However, the shower water had a strong odor, which was quite unpleasant, and the lack of pool access was disappointing for my family.
